Our primary focus is on the recent college graduate market, but we will work with candidates who have similar qualifications and/or work experience. Most applicants have either a 2 or 4 year degree. However, this is not a requirement.
On average, the job search/interview process takes 2 - 4 weeks. It usually depends on the candidate’s availability. The more available candidates are to interview and view the various company files, the faster the process moves.
