With over 25 years of experience in the entry-level recruiting industry, Deb Krueger Knight has been instrumental in growing Career Professionals into what it is today. Deb is a current member of NAWBO and became sole owner of Career Professionals in December 2004. Her passion for this industry and her leadership continues to strengthen and grow our organization. She is the foundation that makes CPI stand strong. Deb graduated with a Social Work degree from Augsburg College without a single business class. Now she is a proud owner of a successful recruiting firm! Outside of Career Professionals, Deb enjoys spending time with her daughter Julia, who is her pride and joy, and her husband Scott. She is also active in the Bloomington school district, community and church related activities, and Animal Humane Society.

Matt has been with Career Professionals the longest, having been here for fourteen years. He started as an Account Executive, was promoted to Assistant Manager in 1994, and has been the General Manager since 1998. He takes pride in watching the company grow, helping to develop it further, and enjoys training the new people that come on board. Matt enjoys working for Career Professionals because it gives him a chance to help people get started in their careers. In his free time, he enjoys running, working out, playing golf and basketball and going to the cabin.

Since Jeremy started with Career Professionals in 1995, he has focused on developing long term partnerships with corporate clients and candidates. Jeremy enjoys working with CPI because it gives him a chance to work with both candidates who are looking to start their career as well as candidates that have real world experience. Jeremy has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa in Journalism and Mass Communications and resides in Victoria, MN.

Andrea has been with Career Professionals since July of 2002. She is a Michigan native and a graduate of Northwestern College with a degree in Marketing. She began working at CPI as the Marketing Coordinator/Office Manager, and with much hard work and motivation she transitioned to the role of Account Executive in the fall of 2005. She enjoys working at CPI because of the daily challenges and the opportunity to meet new people constantly! Her passions include looking forward to becoming a new mom, spending time with her husband and friends, and traveling.

Dave is a graduate of the University of North Dakota where he was a four year letter winner in hockey. Following his college career, Dave played professional hockey for over five years before venturing into the business world. His strength is not only recruiting, but also encouraging everyone who is around him. In his free time, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and his kids, playing hockey, and visiting with relatives and friends.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Bethel University in St. Paul. Before joining the Career Professionals team, her experience with an employee survey research and consulting firm provided her the expertise she needs to benefit the CPI staff. Nicole prides herself in her ability to develop relationships with her candidates and employers, offering a consultative approach and guidance in the career search process. She looks forward to a long career with CPI! In her spare time, Nicole keeps herself busy by spending time with friends and family, reading, and sampling the Cities` restaurants.

Rebecca joined Career Professionals in taking on the responsibility of administrating all of the marketing needs and managing the "front end" of the office. Her extensive experience in organization and administration is an unbeatable combination with her capacity for creativity. She travels to job fairs and events recruiting and networking to help further the success of CPI. Rebecca is a Northwestern College Alumna. She cherishes the cool weather and captivating colors of autumn, and journeying through life with her husband, daughter, and friends.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Majoring in International Business provided her with a better understanding of today's business environment. Jen's education, diverse experience, sharp personality, and passion for helping others have made her a valuable asset to Career Professionals. She enjoys being outdoors in any season, especially spending time on the lakes. Jen also loves going out to eat with friends, and last, but certainly not least, Nebraska football!

With both Marketing and Management degrees from Minnesota State University - Moorhead, Jamie's skills and experience make her an asset to Career Professionals. As the Marketing Assistant, Jamie supports projects and administers tasks that continue the accomplishment of CPI and help brand the company - particularly in the area of college and university student communications. Outside of the office she spends her free time with family and friends and enjoys the summer sunshine, especially on the lake.

Gina is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she not only received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, but also danced for the Gopher dance team for four years. Upon graduation, Gina wanted to continue dancing and therefore pursued professional cheerleading. Gina enjoys what she does at Career Professionals because it gives her the opportunity to meet new people every day. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors, watching football, and baking.
