A global consumer research and advisory located in the Twin Cities area is looking for a Client Services Manager. As the Client Services Specialist you will work directly with corporate and agency clients to address their consumer research needs.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary/day-to-day contact for assigned list of corporate and agency clients and client liaison to our Consumer Strategist team and Sales organization.
  • Work closely with all of our Consumer Strategists and Sales Team to provide consistent and valuable delivery of our products.
  • Act as an advocate for the client internally, focused on client management and ensuring value-add in every interaction.
  • Build relationships with clients, Consumer Strategists and Sales Team
  • Proactive decision making on scope of client requests by being able to translate client needs into product delivery.
  • Duties consistent with the role include: Assist with coordination and attend client meetings, Account Management, Project Check-in’s, and Custom Scoping.
  • Set up and update all client users on website
  • Provide training for all new clients and/or users on website
  • Assist with coordination and conducting internal meetings between Sales and Consumer Strategists with regards to client updates/issues
  • Serve as primary daily support for Sales and Consumer Strategists, tracking and documentation of client contact information, data, requests and inquiries
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, preferably in a business, marketing, sales or human sciences concentration
  • 1-2 years client service/management/operations experience is desired
  • Agency account manager experience is a plus
  • Understanding and aptitude for Consumer Behavior and Marketing Research
